Level I is a practitioner's initiation into Reiki and focuses on opening the energy channels on a physical level, allowing the practitioner to connect to the universal life force energy, which flows from the cosmos through the crown. We will emphasize Self-Reiki as the goal of the Level I designation, encouraging students to focus on practicing Reiki on themselves, thereby working through their own obstacles.

Reiki energizes and balances the whole body. It relieves stress, anxiety, and pain. Reiki is highly recommended for muscle tension and inflammation after injury. Reiki energy also strengthens your immune system and promotes peace of the body and mind.

You will learn:

• How to practice energy healing

• Learn the history and principles of Reiki

• Learn about energetic boundaries / chakras and more!

• Apply Reiki energy to yourself & others & sense the energy as it flows through your hands.

• Feel the energy of the person receiving treatment and sense areas of reduced vitality

• Meditation/Attunement via Zoom Video

• How to activate and use Reiki Level l Energy

• Reiki I Handouts & Certification

Reiki l handouts will be delivered before class, please ensure you leave a current email address at checkout for follow up instructions. Zoom link will be delivered the week of class.
