Level II gives students the skills to practice Reiki on others and open energy channels more deeply. Students also receive 3 of their symbols during this level. There are 5 symbols in Reiki and each one corresponds to a specific energy (power, harmony, distance, mastery, and completion). Students are expected to use these symbols to bring the Universal Life Force Energy of Reiki into their everyday lives in more practical ways. The symbols can also help people provide Reiki over long distances or send healing energy wherever it may be needed in the world. Level II focuses upon opening the heart chakra, the midpoint between the physical and spiritual chakras. Students have their eyes closed for this attunement so they can look within and feel the effect on the heart.

Reiki energizes and balances the whole body. It relieves stress, anxiety, and pain. Reiki is highly recommended for muscle tension and inflammation after injury. Reiki energy also strengthens your immune system and promotes peace of the body and mind.

• Meditation/Attunement via Zoom Video

Reiki ll handouts will be delivered before class, please ensure you leave a current email address at checkout for follow up instructions. Zoom link will be delivered the week of class.
